Shanon came to Ventura in 2008 after falling in love with the charm and sense of community it had to offer. She was the Director of Operations at the Museum of Ventura County, and an integral part of the expansion to include their State of the Art Pavilion. After years of coordinating their in-house programming, non-profit fundraisers, and weddings, she joined Nicole at a local rental company as the Major Accounts Manager. There, she continued her work with non-profit organizations as well as managed logistics and installations for large festivals. Most recently, she has joined her family business, Peirano's, as the Director of Operations and Executive Chef. She is dedicated, believes that hard work and living in gratitude are the keys to her success. She enjoys the power of a good nap (which she gets often because she has cats instead of kids), and feels most purposeful when she is using her experience as a resource for her community.
Nicole was born and raised in Ventura County. Having spent over 15 years in the events industry, Nicole has a diverse background to pull from. She has operated venues as a Director of Catering, and most recently ran a local event rental company as their General Manager. With no two events being the same there are always new challenges that keeps her on her toes! She lives by the philosophy that no problem is too big to learn from. She loves giving back to her community, and knows that the philanthropic heart is the happiest of hearts. In her free time she loves cooking, reading, and most importantly making memories with her family and fur babies.
Jessica has helped non profits all over Southern California with fundraising and event success for more than 20 years! A graduate of SDSU’s Meeting and Events Planning Program. She has worked on a variety of different projects including, 5K runs, galas, conferences, golf tournaments, corporate and social events.
She was invited as guest speaker at the International Live Event Association's (ILEA) conference "The Special Event". To speak about Creativity on a Shoestring Budget. She has served on the Meeting Professionals International (SDMPI) Board of Directors as their Director of Special Events, Director of Strategic Alliance, Director of Membership, and VP of Communications. Her specialty is to create, meet and exceed event goals, while efficiently managing your event. Unlike Shanon, Jessica can't nap, she is the mom of two little kiddos that keep her moving! Her leisure time is spent loving her family time!
